information
Our traditional log built lodges offer you a cozy yet luxurious
stay.
Nestled on acres of mountainside, each lodge has spectacular
views and gives you the peace and quiet you expect from a mountain
getaway.
Suitable for couples, small groups or families, our lodges
are built for two to eight guests. With luxury bedrooms, en-suite
bathrooms, and a pull-out double bed in the lounge area, sleeping
arrangements can be tailored to suit your party.
All lodges have fully equipped kitchens and spacious living
areas to ensure you can relax in comfort.
Guest facilities
Bedrooms have luxurious king sized log beds, queen sized beds
or twin beds depending on your requirements. Most bedrooms
have a private bathroom with heated floors. Bedding, robes
and towels are provided.
The large living area includes a dining area and separate
lounge area with double sofa bed and fireplace.
The lodge has
a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher and many small appliances.
Each lodge has a private hot tub where you can have a soak
with stunning views across the valley to Kicking Horse Mountain
Resort.
Cribs and high chairs are available on request.
Child care facilities are available for a small additional
charge. Daycare facilities or evening babysitting services
are available either on-site or with one of our local registered
partners.
Food
The lodges have spacious and fully equipped kitchens including
oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and many small
appliances.
Each dining area has wonderful views over the Columbia
Valley and Purcell Mountains to the West.
For those who don't wish to cook every night, Golden and Kicking
Horse offer a range of options from fast food to fine dining.
We also offer a variety of dining packages with our partners
the Cedar House Restaurant (voted one of the Top 50 places
to eat in Canada by the National Restaurant Guide).
Cedar House Restaurant is located just a stone's throw away,
and offers a casual fine dining experience in a rustic mountain
setting. Mount 7 Lodges guests can choose from their full menu
offering flavourful and innovative choices or can opt for the
fixed price menu offering a range of fresh, healthy options.
A complimentary shuttle service is available for Mount 7 Lodges
guests.
For those people who wish to dine early in the evening, Cedar
House can also offer a take-away service of their standard
menu items.
Or for that special occasion, why not book a private chef
to prepare a delicious meal in the comfort of your lodge.
Whatever your dining preferences, we can cater to your requirements.
Please note that Cedar House Restaurant is only open for business
at times of year when Kicking Horse Mountain Resort is open
and that reservations are usually required for dining or for
private chef services.
