Terms & Conditions

Taxes
. Prices do not include 5% GST
  Rates subject to change without notice.
   
Deposits
. To secure a reservation, we require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night's accommodation or 25% of the total booking cost (whichever the greater).
   
Cancellations
. If the booking is cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded.
. If cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to scheduled arrival 100% of the accommodation cost will be charged.
. All cancellations must be in writing. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance in case of cancellation.
   
Restrictions
. Please contact us to discuss pet stays (dogs only).
. There is a no smoking policy inside the lodges
   
Payment
. Deposits can be made by VISA & Mastercard.
. Balance of payment is due on departure.
   
Check In / Check Out
. Check in time: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm mountain time.
. Check out time 11:00 am mountain time.
  Note: Golden is in the same time zone as Calgary,
& one hour ahead of Vancouver
