Nipika
Lodge


Finished
in 1998, Nipika Lodge is situated at the top of the meadow overlooking
the Kootenay River Valley. The Lodge is an impressive Timberframe
building comfortably accommodating 13 guests in luxurious
style and classic rustic decor. The lodge is perfect for groups
of friends or families, or small conferences. Catering can be arranged.
There are two bedrooms on the upper level, and two bedrooms on the
lower. The main level features a full size kitchen adjoining the
large dining area. At the far end is the Great Room with a stone
fireplace. There are two complete bathrooms and there is a wood-burning
stove on the lower level.
Mitchell
River Cabin

Finished
in 2003, Mitchell River cabin sits at the top of the meadow overlooking
the Kootenay River valley. In the morning, you can catch the sunrise
on the upstairs deck. The
cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, an upstairs loft with 2 single
beds, full kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, and wood-burning
stove and a BBQ on the porch. Sleeps 4.
Richter
Cabin

New
in 2004, Richter cabin is next door to Mitchell River at the top
of the meadow with views overlooking the Kootenay River valley.
The cabin
has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, an upstairs loft with 2 single beds,
full kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove,
and a BBQ on the deck. Sleeps 4.
Tegart
Cabin

Our
new wheelchair access unit opened in the summer of 2004, with beautiful
views across the meadow. Tegart
has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 4 single beds in the loft, plus
a queen hide-a-bed on the main floor. There is a spacious fully
adapted bathroom and kitchen, wood fireplace, and a BBQ on the porch.
Sleeps 8.
Kootenai
Cabin

This
beautifully appointed cabin looks West over the meadow at the Stanford
range. Kootenay has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, 4 single beds
in the loft, plus a queen hide-a-bed on the main floor. Kootenay
Cabin has a full kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, wood-burning
stove and BBQ on the porch. Watch the Elk come up from the river
bottom, from the comfort of your front porch at dusk. Sleeps 8.
Palliser
Cabin
Yearling
creek runs behind the Palliser Cabin, which looks to the west over
the meadow and mountains.
The
cabin has three bedrooms, one with a queen bed on the main level
and two bedrooms on the second level - one with a queen bed and
one with two single beds. There are also two single beds in the
loft. Palliser
has a full kitchen and living room, private bath, wood-burning stove
and BBQ on the porch. Sit on the upstairs balcony and watch the
sun set. Sleeps 8.
Cross Cabin
Cross
cabin faces out over the meadow at the Stanford range taking in
the sun from the west. The cabin has 2 bedrooms each with a queen
bed, 4 single beds in the loft, plus a queen hide-a-bed on the main
floor.
Enjoy
the full kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, and wood-burning
stove. BBQ dinner and take in the view from the comfort of your
front porch. Sleeps 8.
