The moment you step into your private residence, you're in a world apart, filled with uncommon comforts and extraordinary views of the mountains both to the north and the south. Oversized, thoughtfully planned rooms flow naturally from one to another, and the impression of spaciousness is heightened by eleven-foot ceilings in the living room.
  • The living room is furnished with a seven foot futon with fabric in an African motif (also a queen size bed), a lounge chair and foot stool, coffee table and an eclectic assortment of coffee table picture books, and bench seating around the bay windows. Spot lights with dimmers illuminate African art (imported from Tanzania) above the futon and Brazilian paintings adorn the far walls. A nine foot Norfolk pine tree adds to the alpine flare and doubles as a Christmas tree in season.

Master Suite

More like a typical master suite than a second bedroom, this secluded area is decorated in the same style as the master suite. It also has vaulted ceilings and boasts views of Lady MacDonald and Grotto Mountains to the north. A walk-in closet provides plenty of room for extra clothing. It is furnished with a queen size bed, a single bed, a dresser, a large mirror, a CD/Cassette Stereo with a collection of recordings, a 19" TV and VCR, and fine art on the walls. It also has its own four piece en suite bathroom.

Passing through the double French doors into the master suite, you will immediately feel right at home in your own separate area. Soaring vaults in the ceiling allow for huge south facing windows. It's the best of both worlds - spectacular mountain views and complete privacy. Pine and aspen trees frame the views and host a variety of small bird and other wild life - you'll feel like you're up in

The master suite is carpeted in Berber, and four spot lights (with dimmers) illuminate artwork and plants. A King Size bed, imported from Indonesia, is situated to look out over the Bow Valley and the mountains beyond. Two large closets are fitted out to accommodate everything from long dresses to shorts and slacks. A stereo, complete with CD player and cassette deck, is provided for your private listening pleasure. There is also a 25" TV and a VCR in a cabinet that keeps them out of sight when not in use. Bright, open and spacious best describe the feeling of the master suite.

Ceilings soar with high vaults to a large south-facing skylight. Soft throw rugs on imported Mediterranean tile cover the floor. Verdant plants drape and hang everywhere and fine art hangs on the walls. This is no ordinary bathroom, this is a sanctuary! Combined with the sun deck downstairs, entering this bathroom is like a spa experience
