Q: What if the weather is unfavourable?
A: Our boats have canopies that we put on in case of bad weather. But still dress to be outside – there may be light rain showers or sprinkles. We operate rain or shine!

Q: Is there an age limit? A: Our trips are suitable for anyone aged six or older. Q: Will we get wet? A: Because of the nature of our river adventure, Canyonjet cannot guarantee a “dry” trip. Sometimes there are a few small waves and splashes along the way. So feel free to bring a change of clothes… there are change rooms at the river base

Q: What should we bring?
A: Canyonjet supplies your life jacket and an optional spray top (like a windbreaker). On warmer sunny days be sure to bring sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat or visor. On inclement days, it’s a good idea to bring a light wind jacket as well as a fleece or sweater as it can be cool on the river.

Q: How many boats does Canyonjet have and how many people does it hold?
A: We have two twin-engine jet boats built with your comfort and safety in mind. They each hold 12 people. These incredible boats bring you down river, and back up river in style!

Q: Is there a cancellation policy?
A: Due to our limited capacity, reservations are strongly recommended and can be secured with a Visa or Mastercard. As a cancellation policy, Canyonjet requires 24 hours notice of cancellation, or 50% of the value of the trip will be charged to the credit card provided.
