Executive BBQ :

Full table service includes an appetizer, a tossed green salad, then an 8 oz Rib eye steak with baked potatoes, asparagus vegetable, corn-on-the-cob, and a bumbleberry fruit pie dessert with whipped cream. 

- Picnic table will be prepared with white table cloths and cloth serviettes, the place settings will be all glassware and silverware, either champagne or wine glasses will be available (upon request).

- The chef, sous-chef, and serving staff will be flown out to the site prior to the groups arrival

- Deluxe Outhouses will be available.

- Alcohol and gratuities not included.

Deluxe BBQ :

Buffet style 6 oz Rib eye steak with baked potato, asparagus vegetable and corn-on-the-cob, and dessert,

- Picnic tables will be prepared with chinet paper plates and plastic glassware. 

- The chef and his staff will be flown on site prior to the groups arrival.

Stop-Over Special Treat

We can add a 1 hour stop to any trip along an alpine lake, or ridge-line or a a leisurely stroll by a stream up to a 20 foot waterfall with your pilot.
